Training - CPR/AED Recertification

Cheltenham firefighters took the annual CPR/AED recertification class this week. Firefighters recertified on CPR/AED practices for adults, children and infants, including solo, multi-rescuer, and firefighter rescue.

No Caption Vehicle struck a house in Cheltenham Township at 3:55am on Thursday, January 1, causing the vehicle and the house to catch fire.

January 01

Multiple crews responded to an early morning fire after a vehicle crashed into an ‘unsafe’ house in Cheltenham, vehicle rescue with entrapment was performed hours later.

Firefighters quickly arrived on the scene and initiated dwelling fire procedures.

The house had previously been marked as an unsafe structure due to foundation issues, and no one was inside at the time of the fire.
