Please prepare to have a happy and safe Halloween this year. Make sure costumes are well fitting and flame resistant. Stay in groups trick or treating and make sure you can be seen (flashlights and glow sticks). Stay on the sidewalk when possible and be careful crossing streets. Examine all treats before eating.
